Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) or payment protection plans are often mis-sold as part of a package when you take out a loan, mortgage, credit or store card. Payment Protection Insurance is normally provided by the same company who offers the credit agreement.

What do we need from you?

If you decide to go ahead, your reclaim can be put into action immediately. In order to begin the process we will need a copy of the paperwork for the PPI claim (normally bank or credit card statements).

If you have the paperwork, once the process has begun, we will send you a freepost envelope which you can return to us. If you do not have the statements we will need to contact your lender to ask for a copy of the paperwork. Unfortunately, your lender will often charge you a small fee to provide these documents. However, they are legally obliged to provide this for the past six years under the Data Protection Act. 

How much will your reclaim cost?

Your PPI Expert operate on a no win, no fee basis. We do not charge any administrative fees but our fee is 24% (plus VAT) of your claim.
